It is an exciting time to join as even though we are an established business, we are newer to this particular industry. This job will help us establish F&I processes while actively helping in other areas of the sales process for our particular products. Having a background in sales from the automotive, motorsports, or RV industry would be helpful. This role can stay with F&I or would be a good growth opportunity into a sales management role. Duties Manage the entire finance and insurance process, guiding customers through loan applications, credit analysis, and contract negotiations to secure optimal financing solutions. Build lasting customer relationships by providing clear explanations of financing terms, insurance options, and follow on dealership services. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance policies, and protection plans to enhance customer value, where applicable. Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive loan terms for customers while maintaining a thorough understanding of credit analysis procedures. Conduct title processing, vehicle registration, and related paperwork efficiently using financial software and title processing tools. Train and mentor sales staff on finance procedures, negotiation techniques, and product knowledge to improve overall dealership performance. Requirements Experience in automotive, powersports, or RV dealership finance departments with a strong background in loan officer responsibilities. Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service throughout the sales process. Proficiency in financial software applications, MS Excel, title processing, and basic math skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers and lenders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Prior experience in automotive, powersports, or RV sales is highly desirable to understand product features, sales processes, and customer needs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in loan processing, documentation, and contract management. Benefits Compensation will be a mix of hourly plus commission. Building initial processes and helping the sales staff will be part of the initial role, envisioning this sales support may be needed for the first 6-12 months. As sales continue to expand, it is envisioned that this will be a heavily commissioned structure with more focus on the F&I aspects and less on the sales activities.
