Key Qualities:
Summary As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in facilitating vehicle financing solutions for customers while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Reporting to the dealership's General Sales Manager, you will leverage your core skills in negotiation, credit analysis, and loan processing to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Your premium expertise in customer relationship management and financial services will be vital in building lasting relationships with clients. Additionally, your relevant skills in contracts and financial software will support the efficient processing of loans, contributing to the overall success of our dealership. Responsibilities Conduct credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options. Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers to ensure satisfaction and compliance with regulations. Process loan applications and manage contracts efficiently using financial software. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with sales teams to promote financial services and enhance dealership performance. Qualifications Proven dealership experience in automotive finance Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation Proficiency in credit analysis and loan processing Familiarity with financial services and relevant software Experience in contract management and sales within the automotive sector Basic math skills and ability to utilize 10 key typing for accurate data entry
