Job Description

Commercial finance management role focused on financial planning, program analysis, customer quoting, product line profitability, pricing strategy, and automotive business performance. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent field 5+ years of finance, accounting, or commercial finance experience Automotive industry experience Experience with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis Experience with customer quoting and sales quotation processes Experience with program financial analysis Experience with product line profitability analysis Experience with pricing strategy Experience with cost analysis Experience with capital tracking Experience with tooling and investment tracking Experience with NPV, IRR, and cash flow analysis JD Edwards E1 experience Spreadsheet Server experience Oracle EPBCS experience SmartView experience Microsoft Office experience Advanced Excel skills Lean principles knowledge Ability to work onsite 3 days per week Ability to relocate if not local Preferred Skills Master's degree CPA license CMA license Experience with automotive program finance Experience with quote-to-launch processes Experience with business case development Experience with product rationalization analysis Experience with product line variance reporting Experience with change request analysis Experience with production-to-service pricing analysis Experience developing business models for operating segments Job Responsibilities Lead financial analysis for sales, engineering, operations, market, and product line teams Support customer quoting and existing program financial analysis Oversee new program financials and existing business performance Analyze pricing strategy, cost, and profitability Manage quote-to-launch financial processes Update business cases and business briefs Track capital, tooling, expenses, and related investments Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes Oversee order book and capital reporting across product lines Perform net present value, internal rate of return, and cash flow analyses Evaluate investments and program performance Identify financial risks and opportunities Analyze product line performance and profitability statements Analyze product line variance reports and identify corrective actions related to pricing, manufacturing, and standards Perform product rationalization analysis Create cost, service, and packaging estimates and analyses Produce customer transparency documentation for quotes Analyze and track change requests Provide production-to-service price analysis Lead customer financial presentations Support sales and engineering teams with financial analysis Develop and maintain business models for operating segments Support market and product line strategy through trend, pricing, and product performance analysis
