F & I Manager

Expressway Ford is looking for an experienced F&I Manager that provides excellent customer service in this high profile role. In this position, you will be responsible for selling Financing and Insurance programs to new and used vehicle buyers. F&I managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and programs. Set yourself apart from the ordinary routine of the typical job. RESPONSIBILITIES

Build relationships & create customers for life Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties Process financing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the used vehicle finance and insurance Create and maintain relationships with the sales department that will ensure sales are promptly referred to the F&I department Work with the sales team with information on finance programs and the benefits of financing and extended service programs

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication skills - verbal and written Desire to work as part of a team Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is a plus Must have at least 2 years of experience in automotive financing Candidates with an AFIP certification are given additional consideration
