Job Description

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operational programs and analytical processes that support revenue performance across the Textile Business Unit. This role leads a small team responsible for key revenue operations programs including incentive program administration, forecast modeling, contract lifecycle processes, rebate reporting, and revenue-related analytics. The Manager will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Business Operations leadership to ensure revenue programs operate efficiently, provide actionable insights, and support sustainable revenue growth. This role will focus heavily on process improvement, implementation of AI tools, program execution, and translating financial and operational insights into actionable support for sales leaders.
Responsibilities Include:
Revenue Program Operations & Execution Own end-to-end incentive program management, including: Monthly incentive administration and validation Coordination of plan components, eligibility, accelerators, and exceptions Cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership Lead annual quota coordination processes, ensuring accuracy in quota analysis, loading, plan assignment, and communication. Partner with Finance and the Ops Director on operational readiness for plan modeling, what-if scenarios, and compensation impact modeling. Drive territory planning execution, translating strategic territory design into accurate operational deployment (assignments, hierarchy alignment, CRM updates, documentation). Ensure program rules and operational logic are implemented in systems. Identify opportunities to improve program clarity, efficiency, and transparency for sales teams. Serve as escalation point for compensation questions, territory assignments, and reporting issues. Maintain and improve program documentation, playbooks, and process guides. Program Performance, Reporting & Insights Oversee operational measurement of revenue programs. Provide tactical analysis of incentive plan performance to inform strategic review and evaluate program effectiveness. Support alignment across pipeline reporting, P&L reviews, forecast modeling, quota setting, and margin health. Maintain governance controls around incentive and rebate accuracy, approval flows, audit trails, and compliance. Maintain a dotted‑line partnership with Pricing to ensure incentive programs and revenue operations reinforce pricing strategy, margin objectives, and pricing guardrails. Support the cascade of pricing strategy into execution, ensuring alignment across incentives, RFP workflows, and contract lifecycle operations. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Identify and implement process improvements for all revenue program workflows. Streamline handoffs between Sales, Finance, Pricing, and GTM teams to reduce friction and strengthen data quality. Engage AI tools to build scalable, documented, repeatable processes that reduce manual effort. Team Leadership & Development Mentor analysts to grow technical, analytical, and operational capabilities. Build role clarity, development roadmaps, and scalable workflows for the team. Set performance standards and ensure output quality, consistency, and timeliness.
Qualifications Include:
