  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, with a focus on loan processing and credit analysis. This role requires proficiency in financial software and the ability to negotiate effectively while supporting our sales team. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving profitability. Duties Oversee loan processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Conduct credit analysis to assess risk and make informed lending decisions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop financing options that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records and generate reports for management review. Implement effective strategies for upselling financial products to customers.
  • Qualifications Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of basic math principles and advanced financial concepts. Proficiency in loan processing procedures and credit analysis techniques. Familiarity with financial software applications is essential. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. Experience in automotive sales or related industries is a plus. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, including 10 key typing proficiency. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
