Job Description

Analytical Treasury And Financial Analysis Manager Join a dynamic team managing treasury and financial analysis functions within a respected healthcare organization in the Central Plains region of the United States. This role is pivotal in delivering insightful financial reporting and analytics that empower leadership to make informed business decisions. Essential Responsibilities Oversee treasury and financial analysis activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Develop and deliver custom and standard reports by identifying relevant datasets. Provide analysis on liquidity, costing, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on service pricing, overhead allocation, and cost determination. Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial plans, budgets, tax returns, and profit and loss statements. Monitor financial trends and report on organizational performance against expectations. Incorporate broader economic research into financial models to support strategic planning. Support a self-service financial reporting infrastructure for organizational leaders. Maintain compliance with privacy and security regulations related to Protected Health Information (PHI). Foster effective communication and professional relationships with internal teams and external partners. Education And Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required. Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial decision support or similar roles. Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CMA preferred. Experience in healthcare finance and familiarity with regional healthcare financial regulations is a plus. Skills And Abilities Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Expertise in financial modeling, cost accounting, and statistical analysis. Ability to leverage technology for automation and business intelligence. Excellent communication skills to present complex financial data clearly to leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement. Technical skills in data warehousing, programming, workflow automation, and relational databases. Physical Requirements Light work involving occasional exertion up to 25 lbs and frequent exertion up to 10 lbs. Standing or walking may be required 11-25% of the workday.
