In this role, you will manage all aspects of vehicle financing, from loan processing to credit analysis, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act). Your energetic approach will motivate your team to upsell finance products and build lasting customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for automotive sales, finance, and delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Oversee the entire loan approval process, including credit analysis, contract preparation, and title processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state laws. Develop strong relationships with customers by providing transparent financial options and guiding them through the financing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Collaborate with sales staff to identify opportunities for upselling additional financial products such as extended warranties, insurance, and service plans. Negotiate terms with customers to secure favorable deals while maintaining dealership profitability and customer satisfaction. Utilize financial software and perform basic math calculations accurately to determine loan eligibility, monthly payments, and interest rates. Manage all aspects of loan officer responsibilities including TILA disclosures, loan processing documentation, and credit analysis. Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, credit reports, and deal documentation while ensuring adherence to legal standards and dealership policies. Experience Proven experience in automotive finance management or a similar role within a dealership environment. Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and financial services. Previous loan officer experience with familiarity in credit analysis, loan processing, and contract negotiations. Knowledge of automotive sales processes combined with excellent negotiation skills. Familiarity with financial software platforms used in dealership settings and proficiency in 10 key typing for data entry accuracy. Exceptional customer service skills paired with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency in all dealings.
