This pivotal role involves overseeing the organization's accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting financial reporting processes. Duties Manage an accounting team and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member Prepare financial statements and forecast the company's financial status Produce and manage balance sheets Assist the management with auditing and budgeting Assist with the preparation of the audit Establish and maintain internal controls Assist with the maintenance of the general ledger Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred. Minimum of five years of experience in corporate accounting Strong Microsoft Excel strongly preferred Proficiency with accounting software, including Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial reports and prepare clear financial statements. Excellent analytical skills combined with attention to detail and organizational prowess.
