Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee core financial operations and guide the North America finance function in Overland Park, Kansas. This Long-term Contract position is suited for a hands-on individual who can combine strategic insight with day-to-day execution across reporting, planning, and analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capability and a proven ability to support business performance through accurate financial management and forward-looking recommendations.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct the month-end close process to ensure timely, accurate financial results and well-supported account reconciliations.
  • Lead financial reporting activities for the North America business, delivering clear insights to support operational and executive decision-making.
  • Build and refine forecasting models that help evaluate performance trends, risks, and future business scenarios.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to analyze financial results, explain variances, and recommend actions that improve outcomes.
  • Oversee budgeting and planning activities, aligning financial expectations with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Manage and mentor members of the regional finance team while promoting accountability, consistency, and strong financial controls.
  • Provide high-level financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and overall business planning. Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading finance operations at a senior manager, finance director, or comparable leadership level.
  • Strong command of month-end close procedures, financial reporting, and analysis in a complex business environment.
  • Proven ability to create and interpret financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership with actionable insights and clear financial recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, variance analysis, and performance management principles.
  • Leadership experience managing finance teams and coordinating priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information in a concise and meaningful way.
