What You'll Be Doing:

Surround yourself with talented, driven colleagues who share a passion for better health outcomes and a more connected care journey. We are hiring an Associate Director to join our Revenue Team. As the Associate Director of Revenue, you will: + Lead the timely and accurate close of the monthly revenue cycle, supervising a team of manager(s), and senior accountant(s) to ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP + Lead the monthly accounting activities (e.g., review of invoices, cash application, revenue calculations, reconciliations, internal and external reporting, flux analysis) across revenue-related GL accounts, such as revenue, accounts receivables, deferred revenue + Review the quarterly and annual footnotes/disclosures for SEC filings + Assist external auditors during quarterly/annual audit + Collaborate with internal auditors to establish and maintain strong internal controls + Review contracts with customers and document revenue recognition methodology Qualifications (Required and Preferred): + Bachelor's degree in accounting (Required) + 8+ years of experience (Required) + Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm or other national firm (Preferred) + CPA license (Preferred) To ensure a secure hiring process we have implemented several identity verification steps, including submission of a government issued photo ID.
