Senior Manager - Business Process Architect About the job: The Process Solutions and Automation practice at EY offers a rewarding career path helping our clients transform their business leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to reimagine operational functions across their enterprise. We are seeking an experienced Business Process Architect with a proven track record in process excellence, automation and AI-enabled transformation. This individual will play a key leadership role in helping our financial services and banking clients reimagine and optimize business operations through a systematic process design and application of intelligent automation and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of banking, insurance, or capital markets operations and possess hands-on experience applying automation and AI solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery experience to align transformation initiatives to enterprise goals and measurable business outcomes. This will be a full-time opportunity for a suitable candidate with an expectation of up to 50% domestic travel and up to 10% international travel as required. Operational Analysis and Improvement:
