STARTING WAGE RANGE
$85,000
  • $95,000 annually with scheduled wage increases the first year and beyond
SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting in overseeing all financial operations and acts as a strategic partner to Senior Director of Finance. This role is hands-on, requiring direct execution of daily accounting functions while providing the high-level analysis needed to optimize production costs and cash flow. Promotes and utilizes standard safety practices
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Oversee the entire accounts payable and receivable process, ensuring timely vendor payments and collections. Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. In conjunction with the Senior Director of Finance, analyze production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, to identify efficiency gains and ensure parts are priced correctly. Manage inventory reporting and valuation methods (e.g., FIFO/LIFO) to ensure balance sheet accuracy. Track and depreciate machinery and equipment assets. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement for the President. In conjunction with the Senior Director of Finance, lead the annual budget process and maintain rolling 12-month cash flow forecasts In conjunction with the Senior Director of Finance, compare actual performance against business plans to recommend corrective actions. Ensure the company remains compliant with tax laws, GAAP, and industry specific regulations. Monitor daily workflow throughout entire shift to monitor goals and troubleshoot with upper management, as necessary Enforces company policies Provide back-up coverage for positions in the department Enforce safety policies and practices to minimize risk and avoid workplace accidents. Ensures staff has the supplies and resources needed Oversees employee training and strategically plans training for back up coverages, including maintain up to date SOPs. Assure the maintaining of a clean, orderly work environment Oversee staff performance management, provide feedback and conduct performance reviews to foster professional growth.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS
High school diploma Minimum 2 years of leadership experience College degree in accounting Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant finance position
