The Role As a Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in both the customer experience and dealership performance . You'll work closely with the sales team to structure deals, secure financing, and present products that bring real value to the customer. What You'll Do Structure and finalize finance deals for new and pre-owned vehicles Present and offer protection products in a clear, customer-focused way Work with lenders to secure approvals across a range of credit profiles Ensure all deals are compliant and properly funded Partner with the sales team to keep deals moving efficiently Maintain strong performance in PRU, product penetration, and CIT What We're Looking For 3+ years of Automotive F&I experience preferred Proven ability to produce consistent results Strong communication and presentation skills Solid understanding of lenders and deal structure Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Team-oriented with a competitive edge Compensation $10,000 - $20,000+ per month Performance-based, uncapped earning potential Established processes and support to help you succeed Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Schedule Full-Time 8-10 hour shifts Weekends as needed Why Paul Miller?
