Bluegrass Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and help riders turn their Harley-Davidson dreams into reality. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in the customer experience by presenting financing options, protection products, and extended service programs while ensuring compliance, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Maximize dealership profitability while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and ethical standards. Work closely with customers to secure financing options that meet their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources. Ensure all financing and insurance paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery. Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products when appropriate. Track and achieve monthly finance and product penetration goals. Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and F&I best practices. Assist in developing and promoting dealership finance and protection product initiatives. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly while delivering an exceptional ownership experience. Qualifications Previous Automotive or Powersports Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred Proven ability to sell finance and protection products while maintaining customer trust. Strong understanding of leasing, special finance, and lender programs. Excellent closing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
