Job Description

Join a High-Performing Automotive Team We are looking for an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team in Boston. Position Overview The Finance Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the finance and insurance process, coordinating financing options, presenting protection products, and partnering with lenders to secure competitive solutions for our customers. This role plays a critical part in both dealership profitability and customer satisfaction by delivering a transparent, efficient, and seamless buying experience. Key Responsibilities Present financing and lease options to customers clearly and professionally Offer and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and other owner protection programs Review and submit customer credit applications to lenders Structure deals and secure approvals through lending institutions Evaluate deal profitability and maximize finance department performance Utilize a menu-based selling process with consistency and transparency Ensure all deal paperwork and compliance documentation is accurate and complete Serve as the primary liaison between customers, lenders, and dealership departments Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions Achieve monthly finance revenue and product penetration goals Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards Support a customer-first, team-oriented dealership culture Perform additional duties as needed to support department success Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of Automotive F&I Manager experience required Proven track record of success in automotive finance production and product sales Strong knowledge of lender programs, deal structure, and compliance requirements Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment Excellent follow-through, organization, and time management skills Commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience Location Requirements Boston, MA (preferred) In-person role Candidates should be able to commute or relocate prior to start date Why Join Us? $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
