Business and Finance Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused Business and Finance Manager to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service with an in-depth knowledge of dealership sales and finance operations. This role involves engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment, managing transactions accurately, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Previous experience and a proven track record in automobile finance is required, along with strong communication. Responsibilities Advise clients on specific loan structures. Execute all sales transactions, documentation and bank funding Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Assist with phone etiquette to answer questions and direct calls appropriately Support team members Experience Previous experience working utilizing a menu system Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Knowledge of upselling techniques, product demos is desirableJoin our team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences while developing valuable sales skills in a supportive environment.
