Job Description:
Boston, MA (4 Days On-Site) Hartmann Young is partnered with a high-growth digital health company transforming care delivery through remote patient monitoring, AI-enabled care models, and continuous patient engagement. We are seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Strategy, Partnerships & Operations to lead provider-facing reimbursement strategy, partner performance, and operational optimization. Responsibilities Partner with health systems, physician groups, and billing teams to improve reimbursement performance. Lead revenue performance reviews and identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes. Support RPM, CCM, and technology-enabled care reimbursement programs. Develop ROI models, reporting, and reimbursement strategies. Translate CMS and payer policy changes into operational guidance. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to drive partner success. Requirements 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, provider operations, implementation, customer success, consulting, or reimbursement strategy. Experience working directly with provider organizations or health systems. Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and payer dynamics. Experience within digital health, RPM, virtual care, value-based care, or healthcare technology preferred. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be Boston-based or willing to relocate for a role requiring 4 days per week on-site in Boston.
