Job DescriptionJob Description Superior Communication Services | Framingham, MA Headquarters Full Time | $100,000 - $115,000 (plus bonus) | On Site Superior Communication Services is seeking a highly capable, hands-on leader to oversee and strengthen our financial operations across the organization. This individual will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting while directly managing sensitive, confidential processes and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Oversight Own and lead the monthly close process with defined timelines and accuracy Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts Analyze margins by job size, division, market and project manager Ensure accurate job costing and WIP tracking Oversee commission calculations and margin compliance Strengthen internal financial controls and reduce risk Serve as primary liaison with external CPA for annual tax filings and review Lead budgeting and annual financial planning Confidential & Sensitive Accounting Functions Bank and credit card reconciliations Payroll processing and payroll journal entries Certified payroll reporting Multi-state sales tax filings Management of confidential compensation data Bonus and incentive calculations Oversight of company insurance reporting and compliance documentation Discretion, judgment, and integrity are essential. Accounting Team Management Supervise and develop accounting staff (AP/AR functions) Establish accountability within the accounting department Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Document and standardize procedures Why This Role Matters This is a key leadership role in a growing organization.
