We're partnering on a Sr Finance Manager search with a growing manufacturing company. This is a high-impact, plant-facing leadership role with strong visibility to both local leadership and corporate finance.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead all accounting operations (GL, close, reporting, controls) Own budgeting & forecasting in partnership with operations and corporate FP&A Analyze financial performance, cost drivers, and variances Partner closely with plant leadership on cost control, purchasing, and business decisions Drive process improvements and efficiencies across finance and operations Oversee accounting, billing, and purchasing functions What They're Looking For 10+ years of progressive accounting/controllership experience Strong manufacturing / plant environment exposure Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering Comfortable being hands-on and visible on the shop floor Why This Role High visibility with direct impact on operations Strong growth trajectory and leadership exposure Collaborative, team-oriented culture If you meet the minimum requirements and want to learn more about this opportunity, please email your resume to the email listed above and reference
