Job Description

Precision Garage Door of New England is one of the most established and customer-trusted home service brands in the region. The company has built a reputation for reliability, speed, and exceptional service. Precision is known for its same-day turnaround, 24/7 live support, and fully stocked service vehicles that allow technicians to complete most repairs on the first visit. We are hiring a Director of Revenue to lead sales performance, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across a growing home service business. This role is responsible for driving field sales accountability, improving operational processes, and managing a major Lowe's partnership across multiple locations. What You'll Do Lead and improve field sales performance across multiple locations Coach technicians and sales teams on close rates, consistency, and accountability Lead Lowe's partnership across 41 locations Oversee pipeline management, estimates, and follow-up processes Run weekly sales meetings and performance reviews Build and maintain relationships with external partners and referral channels Report directly to ownership on revenue performance and growth initiatives Compensation & Benefits $100K-$150K base salary Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Leadership growth opportunity with GM-track potential What We're Looking For Home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, or similar) Experience leading and coaching field sales teams Strong accountability and leadership skills Comfortable managing KPIs, revenue performance, and sales processes Experience managing external partnerships preferred Organized, proactive, and operationally minded Multi-location leadership experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader who wants to combine sales leadership, operational ownership, and strategic growth in a fast-growing home service business.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
