Job Description Summary Responsible for overseeing the financial performance for the Lynn, Massachusetts manufacturing campus. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operational finance and people leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive productivity, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision making for the campus. to drive operational action to meet targets. Strategic partnership with Lynn Campus operating leader•regularly interacting Defense and Supply Chain leadership to drive problem solving. Develop Budget/Forecasts and achieve financial results in a dynamic environment. Implement a consistent lean operating system to drive business and financial results for safety, quality, delivery and cost. Develop, attract, and retain talent among a team of four•including coaching and development ofFLIGHT DECK
principles. Partner with Defense Supply Chain Operations and Finance to optimize outcomes at Lynn for the Defense business, leveraging supply chain finance expertise. Effectively communicate key dynamics to cross-divisional internal stakeholders. Maintain the highest standards of controllership, compliance & rigor•partnering consistently and effectively with controllership, FP&A, product lines and engineering. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 8+ years of experience of relevant finance experience Experience as a People Leader Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Desired Characteristics Planning and reporting acumen Strong communication skills Strong project management skills Supply Chain finance experience Experience within a Lean operating model The base pay range for this position is $185,000•245,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on April 24th.
