Job Description:
Company Description DND Capital is a real estate investment fund focused on ground-up multifamily development across Greater Boston's most supply-constrained submarkets, including Cambridge and Brookline. The fund is anchored by DND Homes, an active Greater Boston multifamily developer, and will also invest in select third-party development opportunities across the region. As we build out the platform, we are seeking an experienced Fund Manager to lead our capital strategy and investor relations function. This is a founding-level position that includes sizable equity participation in the fund, tied to performance. The successful candidate will play a central role in establishing an institutional-grade investment vehicle from inception. Responsibilities
  • Lead capital raising, investor relations, and limited partner reporting
  • Source, evaluate, and underwrite both anchor and third-party multifamily development opportunities
  • Structure and manage the fund's capital stack across common equity, preferred equity, and debt
  • Partner with development teams on deal execution and pipeline management
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with family offices and qualified high-net-worth investors
  • Support the fund's growth into a scalable, repeatable platform Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial real estate private equity, fund management, or capital markets
  • Proven track record raising capital from family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and other private investors
  • Demonstrated expertise in ground-up multifamily development and structured finance
  • Established investor and limited partner relationships
  • Relevant licenses required
