The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will structure deals, present finance and insurance options, and help customers secure the right financing and protection products while driving strong backend gross profit and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales team and play a key part in the overall success of the dealership. Key Responsibilities Structure deals and professionally present finance, lease, and aftermarket/insurance products to customers Consistently meet or exceed monthly F&I gross profit and product penetration targets Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership policies Train and coach the sales team on F&I processes, menu presentation, and best practices Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple finance sources and lenders Partner closely with the Sales Manager and team to optimize deal flow and the customer experience Accurately document deals and generate reports using the dealership management system Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager or F&I Manager in an automotive dealership Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance/aftermarket products Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with solid experience using a dealership management system (DMS) Self-starter with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Team player who works collaboratively with sales and management Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license High integrity and commitment to ethical, compliant business practices Preferred Qualifications Previous experience at a Toyota dealership Hands-on experience with CDK DMS Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding F&I performance goals What We Offer Competitive compensation package (base salary + commission/bonus structure based on performance) Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more) A supportive, family-oriented work culture in a well-respected dealership Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development The chance to work with a collaborative team that values results and relationships

$140,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
