Job Description
We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to support a long-term contract opportunity in Westborough, Massachusetts. This role will focus on strengthening financial planning processes, improving cost performance, and delivering analysis that supports supply chain and multi-plant operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong modeling and budgeting expertise along with the ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities to support business goals across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Build financial models that evaluate spending patterns, operational performance, and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Partner with supply chain and plant leadership to identify cost-saving initiatives and measure their financial impact.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results, explain key variances, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into operational and financial performance trends.
- Support cost optimization efforts by assessing labor, materials, and overhead drivers across plant operations.
- Work with business leaders to improve planning assumptions and strengthen decision-making with accurate financial insights.
