Job Description

lue Chip Talent, in partnership with a manufacturing-focused organization, is seeking a skilled Program Manager. This role is responsible for leading a large portfolio of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, and delivering executive-level reporting on program performance and risks. Job Duties Lead and oversee a portfolio of ~55 initiatives across 11 workstreams within a finance transformation program Manage interdependencies, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects Drive program-level governance, reporting, and status tracking Develop and deliver executive-ready updates, including risks, issues, and mitigation plans Monitor and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies across the portfolio Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and finance objectives Ensure consistency in program execution while adapting approach as needed beyond rigid methodologies
Required Skills:
5+ years in a Program Manager role managing finance applications and or finance transformation Extensive experience managing large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies Must have experience with finance processes, including forecasting, reporting, and budgeting Proven ability to manage program financials, including budget tracking and forecast management Experience developing executive-level reporting and program communications Experience leading finance transformation initiatives Background supporting programs within manufacturing environments Experience overseeing portfolios with 50+ concurrent initiatives Familiarity with program governance frameworks and portfolio reporting tools Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
