Finance Manager / Desk Manager (Hybrid Role)

Position Overview:

Royal Chevrolet GMC is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in a unique hybrid role that also supports Desk Management responsibilities. This position is ideal for a high-performing individual who excels at structuring deals, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Insurance (F&I):

• Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers
• Secure financing through lenders while maintaining strong lender relationships
• Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations
• Achieving goals of backend gross profit and products per retail unit
• Accurately complete all paperwork and finalize deals in a timely manner

Desk Management:

• Work closely with the sales consultants in our CRM to create opportunities
• Work closely with the General Sales Manager and sales consultants to close deals
• Maintain consistent communication with sales staff to improve performance and efficiency
• Assist in structuring and desking deals during peak hours and high-volume periods

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager and/or Desk Manager
• Strong knowledge of deal structuring and compliance regulations
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
• Strong organizational and time management skills
