We're looking for a reliable, detail orientated, and customer-focused F&I Manager to join our team at our Commerce Twp location-one of the largest marine dealerships in Michigan. Key Responsibilities As our F&I Manager, you'll guide customers through the financing process while helping protect their investment with valuable financial products.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the customer financing process from application through funding. Present financing and protection products including: Extended Service Contracts GAP Protection Credit Insurance Fabric & Appearance Protection Other customer protection products Ensure all deals are processed accurately and efficiently. Prepare title and registration paperwork. Post deposits and maintain accurate deal records. Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure smooth customer deliveries. Maintain monthly production and performance reports. Attend boat shows and special events representing Wilson Marine both off site and in house. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance partners. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from purchase through delivery. - Maintains professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Is comfortable working Saturdays, rotating Sundays, and seasonal evenings. Previous F&I, automotive, RV, powersports, banking, lending, or sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
