Finance Manager Confidential Opportunity | High-Volume Ford Dealership | Metro Detroit Area A high-volume Ford dealership in the Metropolitan Detroit market is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team. This is a confidential opportunity with an established and respected dealer group offering strong earning potential, excellent support, and a quality work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits $150,000+ annual income opportunity Closed on weekends Full benefits package available Stable, high-traffic dealership environment Career growth opportunities Supportive ownership and leadership team Responsibilities Present finance and protection products to customers Secure financing through established lender relationships Structure deals efficiently and accurately Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Maintain strong CSI performance Partner with sales management to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous automotive finance manager experience required Ford experience preferred Strong track record in finance production and compliance Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with RouteOne and Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus Interview Process Qualified applicants will receive a convenient video interview link after applying so we can get to know you better.
