Farmington Hills, MI Full-Time | $65,000-$70,000 Salary + Monthly Bonus Opportunities Monday-Friday | No Weekends Join Our Team at Quality Homes! Quality Homes is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Closing Manager to join our growing team in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity offering long-term stability, strong benefits, and growth potential within a fast-paced and professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
As our Closing Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the closing process for cash and finance transactions involving manufactured home sales.
Responsibilities Include:
Processing and coordinating cash and finance closings Reviewing and preparing closing documentation Working with lenders, sales staff, and customers throughout the closing process Ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and compliant Managing title work and closing paperwork Maintaining organized records and transaction files Providing excellent communication and customer service throughout the process
What We're Looking For:
Experience in mortgage processing preferred Experience with title work preferred Manufactured housing experience preferred Experience with loan or real estate closings is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
