Job Description

Advanced Rehab Management Services (ARMS) is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company helping medical clinics maximize revenue through our proprietary BOOST platform. We partner with providers nationwide to reduce PPO and network reductions—helping clinics get paid more, faster, without adding additional administrative burden to their teams. As we continue scaling nationally, we are building a high-performing team focused on growth, accountability, and operational excellence. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 2-4 years of experience to support and help manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. This role works closely with executive leadership and will play an important part in helping the company scale operationally and financially during our next phase of growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a: Staff Accountant Senior Accountant Accounting Analyst Early-career Finance Manager who is ready to take on greater ownership and continue growing into a larger finance leadership role over time. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Assist with month-end close processes alongside external CPA support Help maintain organization and accuracy across financial systems Cash Flow & Reporting Track daily cash activity Maintain financial reports and spreadsheets Assist leadership with operational reporting and financial visibility Support weekly cash flow tracking and forecasting efforts Help identify reporting gaps and process improvement opportunities Payroll & Compensation Support Coordinate payroll processing with payroll provider Calculate commissions and bonus tracking Maintain compensation-related reporting and spreadsheets Assist in validating payroll accuracy and reporting alignment Budgeting & Forecasting Assist with department budgeting Support annual budgeting processes Help maintain updated forecasts as the company grows Assist with variance tracking and financial analysis Process Improvement & Operational Support Improve financial workflows and organization Assist in developing SOPs and scalable finance processes Support operational and financial infrastructure improvements Help strengthen reporting consistency and process accountability Qualifications Required 2-4 years of professional accounting or finance experience Strong understanding of AP/AR processes Experience using QuickBooks Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred (Not Required) Healthcare, medical billing, or insurance industry experience Experience supporting finance leadership or external CPA partners Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or KPI reporting Familiarity with payroll systems Who You Are Proactive and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems Interested in growing your finance career long term Motivated by learning, improvement, and building structure Excited to contribute within a growing organization Compensation & Benefits $80,000 - $90,000 base salary (based on experience) Bonus potential Paid time off Health, dental, and vision benefits Professional development opportunities Growth path toward Controller-level responsibilities Workplace Requirement We maintain a nicotine-free workplace.
