Requirements At least 2+ years Proven experience within the dealership or financial services industry. Strong proficiency in financial software and basic math skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Experience as a loan officer is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Duties Manage and oversee all financial transactions and reporting for the organization. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Negotiate financing terms with lenders and ensure compliance with regulations. Assist customers in understanding financing options and upsell additional services as needed. Prepare contracts for loan agreements and ensure accuracy in documentation.
