MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE.
```Duties``` Work with Sales dept, customers and finance institutions to obtain vehicle financing options. Take T.O's as necessary Work with sales dept to maximize backend products and front end grosses. ```Skills```- Strong knowledge of financial services and products
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to upsell financial products and services to customers
- Experience in loan processing, including application review, credit analysis, and documentation preparation
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and disputes effectively
- Previous experience as a loan officer in a dealership setting is
REQUIRED
- Knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
