Job Description

Role Summary:

The Onsite Tower Lead for SAP Central Finance is responsible for overseeing end‐to‐end delivery, governance, and operational excellence for the Corporate/Finance tower, ensuring SLA adherence, operational stability, oversee triage, impact/urgency validation, root‐cause analysis, and prioritization of Finance‐related tickets. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience with strong S/4HANA exposure Deep expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) including AIF, SLT, MDG, mapping, replication, and error handling Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery models Strong understanding of Finance processes, month‐end close, reconciliations, and cross‐module integrations Hands‐on experience with incident, problem, and change management Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with OpenText VIM, Treasury, or other connected systems Prior experience in tower lead or service delivery roles
