Job Description

Borgman Mazda is looking for a high-performing Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who is driven to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a proven producer with a strong track record of high PVR performance, product penetration, and compliance-focused deal structure. This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who understands how to build value, maintain lender relationships, and consistently deliver strong financial results without compromising integrity or customer trust. Key Responsibilities Deliver strong and consistent PVR performance through effective product presentation and menu selling Present and sell finance and insurance products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and ancillary protection products Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations Build strong customer relationships through professional, transparent, and customer-focused interactions Secure financing approvals and maintain productive lender relationships to provide competitive financing solutions Accurately prepare contracts, title paperwork, and all deal documentation Ensure full compliance with TILA, ECOA, OFAC, privacy regulations, and dealership policies Collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain deal flow and maximize back-end opportunities Maintain high product penetration levels and strong CSI performance Review customer credit applications and identify appropriate financing options quickly and accurately Maintain organized deal jackets and ensure timely funding of contracts Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Qualifications Proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager with a strong track record of high PVR and product performance Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed finance and insurance sales goals Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender guidelines, compliance standards, and menu selling practices Exceptional closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Ability to build trust and credibility with customers while maintaining profitability Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), finance software, and electronic contracting platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication and leadership abilities Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record What We Offer Competitive compensation package with strong earning potential Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Ongoing professional development and training Opportunity to join a respected and growing dealership team focused on performance and customer satisfaction
