This opportunity is ideal for either an experienced F&I professional ready to lead and produce immediately or a motivated entry-level candidate eager to build a long-term career in automotive finance through training and mentorship. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, integrity, and a customer-first mindset to the showroom every day and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position Overview This role is designed to support both seasoned F&I Managers and high-potential entry-level candidates. Experienced candidates will step into a production-focused role, driving results, mentoring others, and setting the standard for excellence. Entry-level candidates will receive structured training, hands-on development, and ongoing support to grow into a full F&I Manager role. In this position, you will guide customers through the financing process, present value-driven protection products, and ensure every transaction is completed accurately, ethically, and in compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities Assess customer needs and present tailored financing and payment solutions Confidently present and sell service contracts, GAP, and other value-added ancillary products Prepare and finalize all finance and delivery documentation in a legal, ethical, and compliant manner Maintain and strengthen relationships with lending partners Consistently achieve or exceed monthly F&I income goals, product penetration targets, and CSI standards Positively influence the sales and delivery process through collaboration and leadership (For experienced candidates) Mentor and support sales team members and junior F&I staff
Qualifications & Attributes For Entry-Level Candidates:
Strong interest in automotive sales, finance, or business High energy, competitive, and results-driven mindset Coachable with a desire to learn and grow into an F&I leadership role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes
For Experienced F&I Professionals:
Previous Automotive F&I experience preferred Proven history of strong financial performance and high CSI Confident leadership presence with the ability to influence and motivate others Process-driven with exceptional attention to detail Positive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach Additional Requirements (All Candidates): Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Us?
