This person needs to have the drive to build a career as an automotive Finance & Insurance Manager. College degree preferred or equivalent experience Three years automotive Sales or Finance experience a plus Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills. Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Must possess the ability to "close" Professional Appearance Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through Proficient in CDK is a plus Must be able to work with Sales staff and build a good team atmosphere Punctuality is a must Required experience: Automotive Sales / Finance experience We have been in the greater Lansing area for over 50 years Family owned and operated.
