Propose policy and process refinements that improve efficiency and profitability. Schedule & Reporting Line On-site, full-time: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Reports to the Corporate Controller; supports the Controller & VP of Finance. What You Bring 5+ years in manufacturing accounting/finance. 3+ years of people leadership/supervisory experience. 3+ years with a large ERP (Oracle preferred; SAP Business One or similar welcomed). Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving ability; strong critical thinking. Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging executives, plant teams, and office staff. Ability to move quickly as priorities shift while managing multiple complex deliverables. Education & Credentials Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. CMA or CPA is appreciated but not required. Growth & Exposure Expect meaningful visibility into many parts of the business, from the plant floor to international subsidiaries. If you enjoy shaping processes, improving systems, and telling the financial story behind operations, you'll feel at home here.
