Automotive Sales / Finance Manager

McFadden Friendly Motor's Chrysler Dodge and Jeep of South Haven, Michigan wants to hire a motivated Sales Manager / Finance Manager, to maximize our new and preowned sales department's opportunities and allow our management team the fluidity to serve the customer best, ensuring regardless of which manager is assisting the team, McFadden's is ready to sell an automobile in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Train sales team Assist sales persons with vehicle selection process Take sales t/o's Appraise used vehicles Close deals Assist in structuring deals both prime and subprime Submit deal structure(s) to lenders and rehash approvals Take finance turns Present & sell finance products / maximizing finance penetrations Prepare deal documents and get signatures Help oversee vehicle merchandising Follow up unsold customers Assist with marketing Work with General Manager in hiring and termination of sales staff Candidate requirements: Must have minimum of 4 years auto sales experience Must have previous F&I experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships High school diploma or the equivalent Valid drivers license Positive customer focused attitude We offer: Aggressive Salary and Performance based pay plan Medical and prescription drug coverage 401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution Paid vacations Paid training Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, services A work schedule that provides a good work / life balance Career development Team atmosphere Most current technology and marketing tools available to ensure our relevance and strong ability to compete in the market place.
