Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will lead key financial operations for the PMC joint venture, including pricing strategy, commission management, cash application oversight, and funding coordination. This role partners closely with internal finance teams and Philips leadership to support financial performance, business growth, and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities Lead pricing strategy and controls for new business transactions, ensuring target profitability and supporting strategic deal structures. Manage commission calculations, validation, and payment processing for Philips Medical and PMC sales teams. Oversee the Cash Application team, including performance management, KPI development, SLA monitoring, and employee development. Coordinate funding activities with Treasury, provide funding forecasts, and support transaction funding and termination cost analysis. Collaborate with finance stakeholders on budgeting, financial reporting, board presentations, business planning, and partner communications. Requirements 5+ years of finance experience with strong expertise in pricing, financial analysis, and commercial decision support. Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred. Leasing and finance industry experience with end-to-end lifecycle knowledge strongly preferred.
