Finance Manager

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial services, and the ability to foster positive customer relationships. This role is pivotal in guiding financial decision-making and enhancing our customer service experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct credit analysis to assess the risk associated with lending decisions. Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance client interactions and service delivery. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth in automotive sales and financing options. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act). Provide guidance on loan officer responsibilities and support staff training in financial services best practices. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in finance or a related field, preferably in a managerial role. Strong mathematical skills, including basic math proficiency for financial calculations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships. Familiarity with credit analysis processes and automotive sales financing is highly desirable. Knowledge of financial regulations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex financial information.
