Job Description
Under the direction of the City Administrator, the Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the finance function of the city, including accounts receivables, payables, cash receipting, payroll, and utility billing. The position submits monthly, quarterly and annual finance related reports. This position leads the audit function and supports development and oversight of the budget and capital plan.
