Job Description

Job Description A growing independent wealth management firm is looking to add a Senior Investment Associate to its investment team in Houston. The role offers direct exposure to portfolio management, investment research, client strategy, and asset allocation across high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct manager, fund, and market research across public and private investments Support portfolio construction and ongoing asset allocation decisions Prepare investment memos, performance analysis, and client materials Monitor portfolios and assist with investment committee initiatives Partner closely with advisors and senior leadership on client strategy and investment implementation Assist with due diligence across alternative investment opportunities
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, OCIO, family office, or related fields Strong understanding of portfolio construction and capital markets Experience working with high-net-worth client portfolios preferred CFA designation or progress toward CFA is a plus Strong analytical and communication skills
