Job Description:

Our client is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping financial performance. This is more than a traditional accounting role, you'll be a trusted partner to leadership, balancing day-to-day execution with strategic insight. What You'll Do Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting Turn financial data into insights that drive better business decisions Keep cash flow running smoothly while overseeing payables, receivables, and reconciliations Support budgeting and forecasting with a forward-looking mindset Ensure payroll, benefits, and employee expenses are processed accurately Maintain strong financial controls and support audits and compliance requirements Partner with operational teams to monitor project performance and ensure costs and revenue are aligned Spot opportunities to improve processes and implement smarter, more efficient ways of working Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team What You Bring Proven accounting leadership experience (project-based or construction experience a plus) Strong business acumen with the ability to connect numbers to operations Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator who can work across all levels of the organization Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven Be part of a team where your work directly impacts business success.
