This position calls for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates leadership potential, and brings a flexible, improvement-driven mindset to treasury operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a foundation in treasury or payroll, strong familiarity with tax filings (W-2s and 1099s), and the ability to manage and mentor junior team members. Familiarity with change management and technology implementations is a plus. Responsibilities Treasury Operations Manage the opening, maintenance, and closing of QSF bank accounts in coordination with external banking partners. Tax Compliance Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax forms including 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-NEC, 1120-SF, and W-2s across all 50 states. Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment and income tax regulations as related to settlement disbursements. Maintain tax documentation and support audit inquiries. Class Action Financial Administration Calculate class member award distributions and maintain detailed allocation records. Coordinate with internal project management teams to ensure accurate and timely disbursements. Maintain and monitor data related to class distributions, including check registers and payment logs. Process & Technology Improvement Identify opportunities to automate and streamline repetitive treasury and reporting tasks. Partner with IT and finance to implement tools that support workflow efficiencies (e.g., automation for tax form generation or check reconciliation). Leadership & Team Development Provide day-to-day guidance and development opportunities to treasury support staff. Encourage a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Model a growth mindset and lead with a collaborative, intrapreneurial approach. Monitor cash balances as well as coordinate and reconcile disbursements from settlement funds. Collaborate with the CFO on daily cash activity related to settlement funds.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
