Job Description:
The Marketplace Strategic Channel Partnership Developer is responsible for identifying, onboarding, developing, and managing strategic third-party‑ channel partnerships that strengthen our Marketplace ecosystem. This role focuses on building and optimizing relationships with external partners-including API connectors, onboarding accelerators, technology integrators, and other ecosystem enablers-to drive growth, streamline partner activation, and enhance the overall experience for our sellers. The position blends technical acumen, analytical thinking, relationship management, and cross functional collaboration to enable scalable partnership programs, improve partner onboarding efficiency, and support joint business planning efforts to drive marketplace growth and seller experience. This role is ideal for a strategically minded partnership professional who can bridge commercial needs with technical enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate and negotiate new third‑party partnership opportunities to support marketplace growth via seller activations.

Support partner onboarding and technical integration, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth API enablement and activation.

Manage day‑to‑day partner relationships, ensuring strong communication, timely issue resolution, and operational alignment. Create KPI's to monitor partner performance and engagement, using data to identify improvements in onboarding, integration quality, and business outcomes.

Assist in partnership planning and negotiation, helping advance deal cycles from ideation through implementation. Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, business development, etc.) to deliver high‑quality partner integrations and joint initiatives.

Support co‑marketing or enablement activities that strengthen partner adoption and marketplace value.

Contribute to ongoing optimization of processes, partner tools, and onboarding frameworks to improve partner experience and scalability. Basic qualifications4+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, ecommerce marketplace operations, or related roles1 year of experience supporting or managing third party partnerships, integrations, or vendor relationshipsStrong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; comfortable engaging cross functionally Preferred qualifications2+ years experience with API‑based integrations, technical partner ecosystems, or onboarding systems2+ years experience leading partner engagements including managing business reviews, co‑marketing initiatives, and/or collaborative product enablementFamiliarity with partner lifecycle management tools, CRM systems, or PRM platformsAbility to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment
