This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.
Pay range:
$80.00
00 per hour This role is central to launching and establishing a new Advisor Retention function. The successful candidate will work in a high-visibility, startup-style environment within a large enterprise, focusing on identifying advisor pain points, reducing attrition, and creating initiatives to improve advisor retention through heavy executive interaction.
Responsibilities:
Actively drive the implementation of project deliverables defined in a project charter while ensuring the budget, scope, schedule, risk and quality meet specific success criteria Ensure key stakeholders are informed and engaged and ensures company and industry standard project management methodologies and tools are utilized Define, estimate and schedule project tasks and interdependencies to achieve the scope through a clearly defined project plan/work breakdown structure Identify project resource requirements and work with the Steering Committee/Project Sponsor/Project Management Office to ensure adequately skilled resources are available Hold resources accountable for delivering on the project plan, including providing coaching and mentoring Adhere to the approved project methodology for project management and maintain project artifacts and records Identify and track key measures of success for the project and analyze project performance Facilitate leadership discussions and executive stakeholder discussions Establish governance structures and build the program operating framework Translate strategy into executable initiatives and develop recommendations and roadmaps Transition project into daily business operations at the end of the project
Requirements:
BA and/or BS in Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience Experience in the Financial Services industry Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects from design to delivery Solid understanding of Project Management methodology, tools and techniques, including Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods Proven experience with stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to create structure and navigate in ambiguous environments Competency in adapting to changing environments and situations Objective decision making ability, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to act independently with little direction Must be able to work 4 days/week onsite Desired skills: Wealth Management or Advisory experience Advisor retention experience Wealth management operations experience Budget and financial planning experience Multi-workstream program leadership Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
