Job Description NicoServ is seeking experienced Project Managers to support our Twin Cities clients. We're looking for professionals who can confidently interface with the executive leadership, demonstrate strong communication and a commanding presence, and simultaneously engage with project teams to drive delivery. Successful candidates will collaborate across the organization partnering with Program Leadership, Business Partners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA - to ensure alignment and momentum. Ideal candidates bring solid experience managing technical projects, a hands-on approach to project management, and the ability to take ownership, lead with clarity, and deliver results that contribute to overall program success.

Skills/Experience:

Strong Sr. PM with 8-10+ years of experience leading IT initiatives and building strong relationships with project owners, sponsors, and stakeholders. Solid understanding of brokerage and managed account systems within the Financial Services Industry. Proven experience leading legal, regulatory, compliance programs. Strong project planning capabilities, including defining milestones, deliverables, and work plans with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated vendor management experience. Experience contributing to and leading large collaborative programs. Skilled at building trust and credibility with business partners at all levels. History of partnering closely with technical teams to navigate and resolve complex technical issues. 5+ years Financial Services experience, ideal experience in the brokerage space . Education Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 10+ years of associated work experience. Location Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
