$10,000- $22,000+ per month Job Overview Kline Volvo Cars of Maplewood is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing dealership team.
- $22,000+ per month High-volume dealership with strong sales traffic Established lender relationships Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Employee vehicle purchase program Career advancement opportunities Supportive and professional dealership culture Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance process Present and sell finance products, service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and ancillary products Structure deals and secure financing through approved lending institutions Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners Review and finalize all deal paperwork accurately and efficiently Deliver a transparent and professional customer experience Maintain profitability objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with sales management to maximize deal opportunities Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of Automotive F&I Manager experience required Proven success handling 40-60+ deals per month Strong closing, presentation, and customer service skills Knowledge of automotive lending and compliance regulations Experience with menu selling and aftermarket products Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications Luxury dealership experience is a plus Volvo experience is beneficial but not required Strong lender network and funding knowledge Compensation $10,000•$22,000+ per month Compensation is based on experience, performance, product penetration, and overall dealership profitability.
