Job Description
ReCar is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable team member to join our finance department. This position plays a critical role in helping customers secure financing by preparing, organizing, and submitting finance applications and deal structures to our lending partners. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers and customer information, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. Primary Responsibilities Build and structure finance deals for vehicle purchases Submit customer credit applications and finance deals to lender partners Review customer information and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness Communicate with lenders regarding approvals, stipulations, and deal requirements Track deal progress and maintain organized records throughout the financing process Work alongside the sales team to ensure deals are submitted accurately and efficiently Assist in gathering required documentation needed to finalize approvals Help maintain compliance with dealership financing processes and lender requirements Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling confidential customer and financial information Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills when working with lenders and internal staff Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software/CRM systems Ability to multitask and manage multiple deals at once Previous dealership finance or automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We need someone who can work quickly and accurately behind the scenes to help keep deals moving through the finance process. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage time effectively when handling multiple active deals. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and understands the importance of accuracy when working with customer financing and lender submissions.
